Dr. Hoffman is a 1998 graduate of the University of Indianapolis  and received a doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University in 2002. She is a member of the Central Indiana Optometric Society, the Indiana Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Hoffman lives in Greenwood with her husband Phil and two children, Emma and Zachary, and enjoys playing tennis.
